My background spans some of the most demanding operational environments in the country. At Devon Energy, I built economic projections and ROI models that informed multi-million dollar investment decisions in Oil & Gas, led projects for enhanced oil recovery operations, and worked directly with local government regulations to ensure compliance across development plans. As a DHS federal contractor at CISA through Culmen International, I managed full project lifecycles, delivered an MVP 50% ahead of schedule, and achieved full security compliance a month before planned deployment.
At Johnson Controls, I applied Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize HVAC lab workflows — leading value stream mapping initiatives that eliminated waste and improved throughput.
